I hired them to do an energy audit of my home because our electric bill was fluctuating by hundreds of dollars a month. Jorge came by and was SO thorough, he found our issue and did some additional inspections around the house which was super appreciated. He is so personable and really was just a joy to work with, especially after having not-so-great companies do terrible work for us lately. 10/10 recommended! 🙌

I am a single lady who was worried about being scammed yet again. However, they took time to listen and guarantee their work. Iâ m extremely satisfied with their professionalism the work they performed and helping to ease me with my fears. I was so frustrated because I had so many air condition people inspectors coming out to my house to try to see why my house stayed so warm and why my air conditioner was constantly running this company got to the bottom of the issue and now my home is no longer hot, and my energy levels are much lower Thank you so very much for taking the time to ease my fears and help a single mother be able to live in her home

Was not worth the trouble. If we were just talking about the energy audit, it would be 4-5 stars; they were thorough and provided some good advice. However, the number of unprofessional consequences made the experience not worth it. There are inside/outside aspects of the service. The tech tracked mud all through the house. Likely coincidence, but the tech reported on the weak compressor of our refrigerator, and it went out the next day. BUT a couple days later, we notice a leak in the ceiling which was a result of the tech breaking a drain pipe in the attic. Thankfully, Y Energy took care of the damage, so it only costs me the trouble and having his workers at my house for 6 hours on a Saturday. But the straw that broke the camels back for me was when I finally figure out the reason why my doorbell stopped working was because his technician disconnected the wiring from the transformer in the attic (it is next to one AC unit). That cost me an hour of trouble shooting the doorbell before

The representative from Y Energy Solution arrived an hour after the agreed appointment time and I had to reschedule. He arrived on time to the rescheduled appointment and completed the home energy audit. They were very courteous and their office support is excellent.

George was great. Explained the issues and laid out a plan that included repairing duct work, replacing wet insulation, and fixing seals that were causing air leakage. He also had someone come when they were done to vacuum and clean up. They vacuumed my entire house. Very friendly and a fair price.
