Vertical portion of mailbox post installed perfectly, but mailbox itself was installed on an angle (which i fixed by readjusting the sidearm of the post). Additionally, bottom screws placed on angles inside the mailbox with heads sticking up, requiring tape to cover. Showed up on time, stuck to his estimate of cost and cleaned up work area well.

Great experience. Cedric was professional knowledgeable reasonable and efficient. Needed him to install a new fan in our living room and replace that fan in one of our bedrooms. Was extremely quick to respond to my request and was out here the next day to install. I highly recommend Cedric for any handyman needs and will be hiring him again very soon.

Works well with client. I requested an esthetic change and they cheerful accommodated even though it meant a trip to the store for alternate materials. Nice folks and easy to work with. I purchased the replacement stair and had it ready at the house. The project was replacing the attic stair. The model was a different installation which they took in stride. They handled discarding the old stair and cleaned up.
