Focal Point turned our house into our dream home. We loved our house and neighborhood, but were running out of space in a small 3 bed 2 bath. It seemed like our only option was to move until Sam came to our house and started dreaming with us. Focal Point not only added 800 sq ft to our house, but made our entire house brand new. We now live in a 5 bed 3 bath beautiful home. Same address as before, but it’s a totally new house. Focal Point didn’t just add space, they came up with creative ways to let us make it the house we wanted. They redid bathrooms, floors, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, dealt with all the permitting…they did everything even things we didn’t expect and did it with excellence. And the part we appreciated so much along the way is they were incredibly gracious with our budget and went above and beyond for us. It felt like a partner in creating a home, not a company trying to make money. We are forever grateful for Sam and his team!

Focal Point Designs gave our 1999 home a true facelift. Sam and his team remodeled our kitchen, both bathrooms, laid new flooring throughout, and handled all of the interior paint. They were kind, thoughtful, and easy to work with from start to finish. You can tell they care about the work they do and the people they do it for. The house feels completely refreshed, and we’re genuinely grateful for their craftsmanship and steady communication.

Focal Point Designs replaced all of our windows on our house, 15 total, both upstairs and downstairs and they did a fantastic job. Everyone involved was very professional and diligent. They installed every window in one day, as well as the trim the next. I highly recommend this company and our windows look fantastic! (The work done was for our windows, not vinyl siding)

Focal Point Designs just removed vinyl and masonite siding from my home and then installed hardy siding and painted everything. They also reframes a window that was originally a French door. And they also rebuilt my front porch with Cypress instead of cedar. I love the work they did and they are still currently in the process of completing, but everything so far has been great. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to remodel their home. And they can do it all from interior to exterior.

I really like the people. They replaced siding on my house and reframed my kitchen window. They gave quality work and were very punctual. What started as a simple garage door replace/repair morphed into a complete exterior remodel! And I'm the better for it. The crew put up with my design ideas and didn't try to talk me out of anything - unless it was pointless or counter productive. Focal Point Designs helped repair and replace my siding after an SUV hit my front yard and house. They also fixed part of my roof and my fence. They helped replace all my rocks in the front yard. Focal Point Designs provided great customer service. They came and walked our house lot. They gave us an estimate based on discussions about aesthetics and value. They visually inspected the area under the roof for a better estimate of needed repairs. When they began the job, it was soon discovered that the â repairâ would become a â rebuildâ due to upgraded industry standards and damage. They were ready to â stand behindâ their bid, but were agreeable to make an adjustment. The companyâ s representatives were on site every day or so. They cleaned up the construction site fast and efficiently. Our new roof looks beautiful and we are so pleased with the company and our roof.
