I have worked with many craftsmen as I've improved homes over the years, and this group is as good as they get! Brett, who handled my job, made a site visit to check things out in advance of their estimate. He thoughtfully took precise measurements and laid out the options. The bid arrived promptly and I gave them the "go." Brett's attention to detail resulted in his arriving with everything needed including pre-cut lumber and finishing paint for the project. He completed the job in less time than had been estimated and I could NOT be happier with the results and/or the equivalent drop in my final price due to Brett's planning and efficiency . Brett did an excellent job on the bathroom. He showed up on time every day for the project. He communicated clearly about cost and materials and the process he was going to follow. He was courteous and professional, and finished the bathroom repairs ahead of time. He went above and beyond to not just make the space functional, but make sure all the details were correct.

Trevor and his crew were very professional, courteous and fair. They moved and installed our washer and dryer to the basement; including putting in the plumbing. They also installed a new toilet, repaired doors and did an absolutely beautiful and perfect job of cutting out part of our wood basement floor by the walk out doors and installed large tiles. They will also be refinishing our deck. We are so happy with everything they did and were a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Trevor for any large or small home projects!!!

Focal Point is the best general contractor we have ever found. Trevor, Brett and Joe all do impeccable work. We have used them for multiple projects since finding them in 2022 from painting, tile backsplashes, carpentry, fencing, landscaping and remodeling (including installing double French doors for a study that was a single door before). We are planning on finishing our basement in the near future and Focal Point will be doing the job hands down!

Trevor and his team did an exceptional job replacing our decking, rebuilding our front stairs, and making our front porch look new again at a very reasonable price. His communication and transparency, as well as craftsmanship are top notch. He and his team were also incredibly friendly, efficient, and easy to work with.
