We had a complete bathroom remodel and were very happy with the results. It took the two guys who showed up about an hour to demo everything which amazed me. Once everything was out they worked quickly and cleanly (everything was cleaned and put away each time they left for the day). One thing to note is that they don't do electrical work so you'll need to take care of that as necessary, They were also very helpful on the design end of the project with lots of helpful ideas to get us started and help us decide what we wanted. Overall a very professional, polished group with the experience and knowledge to do a first-rate job.

The sales person Conner came to my home very polite and knowledgeable he didn't force anything on me we talked he listened to what I wanted to do he understood the situation and helped me out. A date was set and the installer came a little late but it's understandable especially if you don't know the area!! I found out that only 1 person was going to do the job but thats only because the installer Tyrone is AWESOME at his job so they trust him to get the job done!! GIVE HIM A RAISE!! Lol but anyway he also was very polite knew what he was doing and got it done now I was told a day in a half but this house is old still has everything from when it was built in 1900 but he figured it out and got it done I'm very happy with my bathroom I wish you guys did flooring, toilets and sinks I'd rather have 1 company come in and do it all instead of multiple companies but I will highly recommend this company to neighbors friends etc.. Also I'd recommend Conner to come out and talk with you and highly recommend Tyrone to do the project you have. Everyone involved in our shower replacement was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The project was done professionally, and the path into the work space and the surrounding areas were well protected. We LOVE our new shower, and would definitely hire Focal Point for another project in our home.

Dave was thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was extremely friendly and answered all my questions.

I had a tub conversion to a walk in shower. The installer was Grayson who did a wonderful job. He answered all my questions was very professional and explained everything to me. Look I would love to give it 5 stars. My kitchen is beautiful! However, the company they use to help finance is crap. We have no way of setting up payments because their website is always down. We looked up reviews on Service Financial and they are horrid! So by all means use Focal Point they do beautiful work but make sure you have the funds to pay for it outright. Do not make the same mistake we did!

I highly recommend Focal Point for your remodeling. There work is excellent and SCOTT RIGGS is the best. He took his time and sure everything was perfectly done.
