I think had I been more direct on a few things, he would have done better. I just assumed that when we clean windows that would include the window sills , too. Mine were still black from dust and dirt. Very nice young man and feel had I told him the window sills need to be included.

Typically tracks (the dirty area underneath the window) are an additional cost and for whatever reason I had the impression you didn't want that.
