ALERT! Home Advisor needs to remove this business ASAP. Mr. Shirley, who touts himself as a **veteran** using this as a way to get the trust of many who want to work with people who have served our country, comes to the house, takes full measurements, requests deposit money to **order the glass** then DISAPPEARS. His phone now appears to be out of service, and the business address to which the deposit was sent, was, in actuality, a rental house from which he has recently been evicted. Complaints have been filed with Floridas Atty. General and Ft. Walton Beach Police Dept. are actively searching for this man as he has taken thousands from people in the area!

I would have rated him a zero if the website would allow it! He took a deposit from us and disappeared. Apparently he has done this recently to many other customers, yet, a week since I reported it, somehow he still remains as a recommended Pro on this website! I will definitely take that into account on my review of Home Advisor.

I had 2 upstairs windows that was leaking real bad. I telephoned Fogged Broken Glass to come out to give me an estimate to repair these windows. He was very prompt and came out the very next day. He gave me an excellent quote to do the work, I expected much more than his quote. He did the work, and afterwards I had a lot of rain due to the hurricane and there was no more leaks. He is a very knowledgeable and professional person. I HIGHLY recommend this company, you won't be sorry.
