Carpet - Install
The installer left my house a complete mess. I called the store and was told his vacuum cleaner broke and that they would not come back out and clean up their job. There were carpet fibers strewn throughout the entire house, into the living room dining room and kitchen. I had tenants showing up the day that I discovered the mess and this is what they arrived to. It was very embarrassing and I had to arrange someone else to come out and clean up the house for them because they were moving in that day. VERY unprofessional of Folsom Floor Gallery!!

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
My floor is beautiful! Sally, the owner, was most attentive & helpful. Jim , the installer, was a perfectionist & such an efficient worker. The job was all & more than I expected. Sally was always available when I needed to speak with her. Jim was always on time, most dependable, positive, & upbeat. They made a difficult job a pleasure.

The staff is very friendly and dependable. There are here when they say they will be here, and we have been very happy with the work they have done.
