They were not as thourgh in addressing what was going to take place with the cleaning and what to expect when He was done. Questions like how long it would take for the carpet to dry, how often should I be scheduling cleaning, or I would recommend this for the coffee or pet stains were not discussed. He did good work but his customer service skills were lacking.

The technician was friendly and informative .He knew what he was doing , I appreciated his efficiency. The only concern was,I had asked him to wear a mask, prior to entering the house. I had mine on. In this pandemic we are going thru,I feel it is essential to do our best to prevent the spread of this virus. He never did, I kept mine on the entire time. I am a Registered Nurse and have seen first hand the effects of Covid19. Please emphasize the importance of masking.It does work.

This contractor will help you move furniture, but be nice and do it first. It saves time.

Want to give a shout out to Folsom Lake Carpet cleaning. They came today to clean our floor tile and grout. Hand scrubbed each grout line before using machine for cleaning. Our floors look like new. We have had them done several times by other companies but this is the best by far. We have an electric wheelchair rolling over the tile so they take a lot of abuse and the grout gets darkened. Folsom LakeCarpet cleaning arrived on time, were very respectful and even moved our furniture back. Price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again. Would highly recommend.

Mike was nothing but professional and efficient when he came to do the carpets. He explained the possible limitations of getting out the stains, but in the end, the carpets have ever looked this good. I would absolutely hire Folsom Lake Carpet Cleaning again.

He did a wonderful job. Informed me about what he was doing, and why. About the aftercare of the job. He was very personable. He was delayed and had the courtesy to call and let me know would be about a half hour late. I will use him again.
