Steve gave me the best price compared to all others so I hired him to install my ring cameras and did a great job and even gave me some helpful facts including letting me know about the rapid ring app. Definitely would recommend and will call him back for future jobs.

Steve installed a gate leading to my backyard including posts. Added restraining straps to my water heater and made a custom fitted foundation access screen door to the entrance underneath my house. His work is precise. He is very friendly and courteous and extremely professional. I highly recommend him.

I had a list of miscellaneous small jobs I wanted to have completed. I threw it out to home advisor for bids and Fonseca Handiwork placed a call and left a voicemail to my phone number on the same day, he was the only one. I felt very confident when I talked to him and had googled reviews on his business and then hired them. Steve (Esteban) was professional, fair, pleasant, excellent with communications and providing bid and itemized receipts. All in addition to doing QUALITY work. I will definitely be keeping contact info for future projects that arise!

Esteban worked here for about 2 1/2 days. We had multiple things we wanted him to do...repair kitchen drawers, power wash the house, remove pine needles from the roof, hang a heavy art piece, remove and replace tile in the entryway, rehang all closet doors, etc. He was professional and organized taking his time to assess the situation and making suggestions for how each issue was to be addressed. We really appreciated the detailed list for the cost of projects. We were very happy with his work and have already included him in our regular phone book of contacts. He is definitely a great find. Well recommended indeed!

Esteban did a small job for me at first, he did so well I called him back. He now provided me with an excellent hall repair and brought the floor up to same height as the adjoining room and patched the walls up. He managed to raise the floor up to proper height so the two rooms would be flush together. He provided us recommendations what he would do for himself that me and my wife never considered. With his eye, his style, knowledge and suggestions; they were well received, we accepted and we added his suggestion to our major job and it was a great idea. The job looks quite good and by far a handyman job, Esteban is so capable of doing so much more. I will invite him back over again to do two more rooms and a hallway for us. He is very professional, provides great suggestions and will give it a more finished look. I trust his work and what will be accomplished.

Steven is very easy to communicate and relate to. I was missing a part for my dishwasher install and he went out and got it for me without any delay beyond the trip to the hardware store. He spent a good amount of time making sure that there were no water leaks and that the job was done right. I have added him to my pro's list for any future handyman service needs.

Steven is a really nice man. He hung a large mirror and 10 other framed pictures. He also helped us reach a plug behind the bed that we could not get to. His prices are more than fair and he is prompt and congenial. I hire recommend him.

Fonseca Handiwork did a double closet door replacement for me. He kept me notified at every step of the project: Estimate; when doors were ordered; when the installation was to take place. Installation was as I expected. Cleaned up after. I would hire them again.

He was 2 hours late for his appointment. I'm still waiting for his quote to paint the house. He asked me to wait for a week. It has been one week, I haven't heard from him.
