Steve is dependable and does great work. Promised and efficient and completed on time and as expected. He fixed parts of my roof and stopped the intrusion water into my house. He is detailed oriented and in my opinion does good work that is fair. Fixed the fascia and painted and as now looks like it was part of the original house.

What I really like about Esteban is his vast array of skills, but most of all his trustworthiness. He and my family have a great history together that spans about 7 years now. We first initially hired him to remodel two restrooms, which he had done flawlessly. If there are any issues found afterwards, no matter how minor, he comes back to make it right. He puts his clients first. He never leaves the job until he's done because he cares about the finished product and our family's satisfaction. Because he did such an amazing job the first time around...we had also hired him for the next big project which was a total down to the studs renovation of our next home that was built in the 1960s (he also replaced our room to prepare for a solar system install). He gave us sound advice that was never any kind of upselling. We are so blessed to have found him and will continue to use him for everything we need done on the house.

I’ve had Fonseca do multitudes of improvements at my home over the recent years. Installed room AC’s throughout my older home and designed and installed the front and back yard sprinklers just to highlight a couple of major tasks. Thorough and professional.

Steve gave me the best price compared to all others so I hired him to install my ring cameras and did a great job and even gave me some helpful facts including letting me know about the rapid ring app. Definitely would recommend and will call him back for future jobs.

Steve installed a gate leading to my backyard including posts. Added restraining straps to my water heater and made a custom fitted foundation access screen door to the entrance underneath my house. His work is precise. He is very friendly and courteous and extremely professional. I highly recommend him.

I threw it out to home advisor for bids and Fonseca Handiwork placed a call and left a voicemail to my phone number on the same day, he was the only one. I felt very confident when I talked to him and had googled reviews on his business and then hired them. Steve (Esteban) was professional, fair, pleasant, excellent with communications and providing bid and itemized receipts. All in addition to doing QUALITY work. I will definitely be keeping contact info for future projects that arise!

Esteban worked here for about 2 1/2 days. We had multiple things we wanted him to do...repair kitchen drawers, power wash the house, remove pine needles from the roof, hang a heavy art piece, remove and replace tile in the entryway, rehang all closet doors, etc. He was professional and organized taking his time to assess the situation and making suggestions for how each issue was to be addressed. We really appreciated the detailed list for the cost of projects. We were very happy with his work and have already included him in our regular phone book of contacts. He is definitely a great find. Well recommended indeed!

Esteban did a small job for me at first, he did so well I called him back. He now provided me with an excellent hall repair and brought the floor up to same height as the adjoining room and patched the walls up. He managed to raise the floor up to proper height so the two rooms would be flush together. He provided us recommendations what he would do for himself that me and my wife never considered. With his eye, his style, knowledge and suggestions; they were well received, we accepted and we added his suggestion to our major job and it was a great idea. The job looks quite good and by far a handyman job, Esteban is so capable of doing so much more. I will invite him back over again to do two more rooms and a hallway for us. He is very professional, provides great suggestions and will give it a more finished look. I trust his work and what will be accomplished.
