I am NOT happy with the QUALITY of the concrete job. Not drying well, a big streak of different color/lighter of concrete in large part of concrete and circular patterns and divets in concrete. A couple of defects/holes in the smoothness of the concrete. And...in Contract...Foothill was supposed to clean/shine the Rock/Ribbon detail already in the driveway w/Muriatic Acid, and agreed to do it again CORRECTLY ( actually have the Acid) on 8/1/20 and did not show or call me and will NOT answer my phone call to them today 8/3/20. Bron was amazing and the service was great! I would definitely recommend. He also graded down our front yard and hauled all the existing grass and roots even though he doesn t do landscaping. He was so pleasant to work with and had everything done in 2 days! Our concrete in our backyard for our patio and our front yard. I would definitely use him again.

They do excellent work!

I purposely waited to post my experience with Bron at Foothills Construction. I wanted to ensure the work done, held up in the short term and long term. Several months ago, Bron and his team of professionals came to my residence on time and prepared to provide the service we agreed on when he provided the estimate. Bron is an old school, no nonsense leader who commands perfection from his team. The customer comes first, and that was apparent throughout the process. The cement work was completed as described in the agreement, and the finish work was better than expected. Bron’s decades of experience shined through. The finished product remains crack / blemish free and I’m extremely satisfied with the result. I will have Bron back to do additional work, and I’ve already referred him to family and friends. If you’re reading this review, you’d be an idiot not to use Bron for your cement work!

They gave a detailed estimate and they followed thru on everything exactly as they said. Price was good and I couldn t be more pleased with the work. I would recommend them highly.

Bron was timely in his work, and went above and beyond. Very honest in quoting his price, making sure of the measurements and changing our final cost when done.

The owner Bron was professional, courteous and very informative. He didn t sit back and just have his people do the work, but got right in there himself and conscientiously checked all the work. The cement is still curing a little, but at this point I am very happy with the work. All the clean up will come in a couple of days.

Good work, Great People

Bron (owner) is great man and contractor. He sticks to his word, shows up on time and cares about his work. What made me choose Foothill: I had multiple bids and Bron was one of the first I had come look at my project. I m particular, I like things to look nice but also be engineered to maximize my property. I took my time getting back to Bron. He came to my house two more times on his days off to fine tune the project. One of those times that he came out was to help me sanity check myself on the yard drain I was installing myself. Mind you this was on a Sunday early in the morning with only a days notice. I had not signed a contract nor told him I was going to give him my business. After he came out and gave me free advice that is when I decided that I was going to higher him. He is a good person which is rare now in all professions. I was able to spend a lot of time with Bron and his crew while they poured 1700+ sqft. of concrete plus a large curb/wall. He has a great group of professional men that he works with. They left the sight clean every night. Started and finished on time. He gets the best materials for his jobs. Fantastic finishers as well. If you are looking for an honest, respectful and professional contractor have him give you a bid. Ask him questions because he will have the answers. I will continue to higher Bron in the future for all my concrete work. Can not say thank you enough to him and his workers for a job well done.
