Randy responded immediately and evaluated the cause for my leak. Even though another roofing company had given an estimate of thousands and many unnecessary repairs, Randy was able to correct the leak with minimum work and reasonable costs. Highly recommend.

Randy and his crew at Foothills Exteriors did a great job starting with his initial inspection where he discovered Hail Damage. We had no idea we had any damage and our Insurance Co. agreed with his assessment. Randy was able to start work on our roof less than a week after we got clearance from Insurance. Roof was stripped and replaced in two days. With supply chain issues holding up parts for the gutter repairs, he had to return several weeks later to complete the job. He kept us informed with how things were going and was patient with the slower speed of payment bc of working with the Insurance Adjuster and Claims Dept. I would work with him again in the future and will gladly pass his name to friends looking for a good Roofing Company.

I had written a bad review because I had a problem with the shingles coming off house.Randy did come right away after I had posted the reviews with an apology for not getting back to me.He came right over and the next morning his roofers were back to fix the issue.Thank you Randy for taking care of this problem.

Randy and his team showed up when they said the would and performed the work with a minimum of impact. They followed up without me having to do anything. Randy helped with our insurance coverage and was a valuable asset to the project. As busy as the market is and with material shortages everyone is experiencing I can not say more about how happy we are.

Randy and his crew are outstanding! The work was done very well, quickly and cleanly!

One of the most important aspects of a service contractor is communication and Randy was great. When he was not able to make it to my house on the day we discussed, he immediately contacted me to let me know when he was coming. He arrived prepared and performed the repair immediately. He was very friendly and courteous, His plan of repair started with a simple fix and we will monitor. If that does not work we will go to the more expensive and invasive repair. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to not immediately go for the more expensive repair. Again, great communication!!!

They gave a quick estimate and a through explanation of what they were going to do. Very happy with the result.

Despite cold, rainy miserable weather, these guys kept after my projects until completed. Quality was excellent. Included entirely new roof and gutters, repair and new stain for our cedar siding. Replacing some out of date windows. Interior pine paneling and sheet rock work. Workmen were invariably professional, polite, and diligent; happy to consult with my questions and observations.
