Have not heard from you regarding the exchange of our gas logs. As you can see in the picture you gave us we were suppose to have the EFV-24" logs installed. Greg cannot we get this job completed and move on. This is the third email that I have sent you with no response and the third time your guys have been out here trying to resolve the problem. I don't understand what is so complicated about ordering the correct log set and installing them. Please give me a call 864-617-4899. Tks dpitts I have been more than nice about my problem and my dissatisfaction with my log set that I purchased from your company (Fireplaces of Landrum). You have made several promises to come back and fix the problem however it is always excuses and more promises. If you cannot fix the problem then I would like a full refund and I will purchase from a reputable dealer. CC: better business/facebook and under your company reviews. We remain

I do not know how many of the people on this review would ever rate higher than 1. They do not order what you want. I went in and ordered a T5 pacific energy wood-burning fireplace. With a blower kit they have brought out 3 fireplaces and none of them is the T5. Just 3/27/22 they brought a T4 pacific energy fireplace is still not the one I showed them that is in their store that is a demo model. So can anyone tell me why there is a problem!!!!!! After me spending 5.560 on what I wanted. I say again the T5 pacific energy fireplace. Piss on this place does not buy anything there.

The â proâ came out to look at our gas fireplace and after explaining to him everything I did, he still had no idea why it wasnâ t working. Charged $75 to fix nothing and neither him or his boss would call me back after I thought I had figured it out and wanted one of them to inspect it.

we bought our equipment from them but the gas company will install. lt is cheaper that way. lt is taking a while for our stove to come in, it is yet to be delivered. Very knowledgeable

They called me to confirm my appointment. I left work to be home for the appointment. 2 1/2 hours later I called and they got the day mixed up. But they called to confirm. So I am out a few hours of pay and my fireplace is not fixed.
