Bill & Chellie were great to work with. Bill came out and assessed the problems that we were having with an old garage door. The door, motor & track needed upgraded. He quoted me a great price, and they scheduled me in for service, quickly. They came back the day they had me scheduled in, and it went as smooth as silk! I highly recommend them, they are pros! Bill took my call late Sunday afternoon and came out today (3/30/26), on less than 24 hours notice to replaced/repaired my garage door spring system in Maryville, TN. Bill was at my house for less than an hour and a half and everything is working perfect. Foothills Garage Door Service was CONSIDERABLY cheaper than other, bigger brands that do the same work. I got a quote during our initial phone call, where other companies wanted to come out (and in one case charge me) for an inspection before quoting a price. It was a great customer experience and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone.

We hired Bill to replace the motor for our quite old (1989) garage door. It was still functioning but obviously near the end of its life. He answers calls promptly, shows up when he says and provides quality work at a reasonable price. We absolutely can refer Bill knowing everyone will receive the same professional/quality service.

Bill was able to spot the issues right away and fixed a problem within minutes of arriving. He then discovered the bigger issue and replaced that too! There were a couple other minor issues that he quickly fixed that would have been major issues for us in the long run. We are so thankful for his service and care throughout the experience!!!
