Garage Door Opener Repair or Adjustment
Called Bill The owner of Foothill Garage Door Service and got an appointment between 8 and 10 arrived at 8:20. Needed to adjust the tension on the chain and did some minor adjustments. Fixed all the issues within 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and courteous and a very fair price for the work that was done.
Will definitely recommend Bill and Foothills Garage Door Service to friends and neighbors.

I can't recommend Foothills Garage Door Service highly enough. I originally called because my garage door openers were 27 years old and the original remotes had stopped working. Rather than immediately trying to sell me new equipment, the owner worked hard to find a solution. He tried multiple replacement remotes, made several visits, and genuinely did everything he could to get my existing system working. When it finally became clear that replacing the openers was the best long-term solution, I never felt pressured. He explained my options, quoted a very fair price, and installed three new belt-drive openers. The difference is incredible—they're dramatically quieter and smoother than my old chain-drive units. The workmanship was outstanding, the installation was clean and professional, and the customer service was second to none. It's rare to find someone who is this honest, patient, and committed to doing what's best for the customer instead of simply making a sale. Maryville TN

Bill took my call late Sunday afternoon and came out today (3/30/26), on less than 24 hours notice to replaced/repaired my garage door spring system in Maryville, TN. Bill was at my house for less than an hour and a half and everything is working perfect. Foothills Garage Door Service was CONSIDERABLY cheaper than other, bigger brands that do the same work. I got a quote during our initial phone call, where other companies wanted to come out (and in one case charge me) for an inspection before quoting a price. It was a great customer experience and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone.
