"Les It is unfortunate you are not happy with your tile. We went above and beyond to try to match the almost 10 year old existing in the break room, it is very difficult to match tile exactly and we did the best we could, yes the first option did not match as close as I would have liked but again when all you have to go by is a picture that is what happens but I am glad the second option was good, I also wrote that on the estimate that matching tile is difficult and we would do the best we can especially because all we had to go by was a picture of the tile because you did not have an extra box of existing tile to go off of. As far as the confusion."
"I apologize you feel like we gave you such poor service. I communicated throughout the whole process as to why we had to start your job a couple of days later than the original start date, due to an emergency my crew member who was scheduled to start your job had and needed to take 6 weeks off unexpectedly, I even offered a refund so you could find another contractor to refinish your floors, which you did not want. So I had to move my schedule around to get another one of my crews to your house ASAP and yes that person took a little longer than what my original crew member would have taken but I?m glad you were happy with the quality of work."
