We recently had Tony and the team at FootPrints refinish our existing hardwood floors and install new hardwood in additional areas of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
From start to finish, Tony’s communication was outstanding. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions promptly, and made sure everything was completed exactly as promised.
The work from the FootPrints team was exceptional. The refinished floors look beautiful, and the new hardwood blends seamlessly with the existing flooring. The entire team was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in their work.

Very professional form the start of the project. The results were night and day. They replaced damaged sections of the floor and cleaned up the high wear areas. The floors had ambered over time, the refinishing brought a whole new look to the floors and the house. They also repaired a couple of our stairs to new. I would recommend this company to my friends. The pictures do not do the floors justice.

Tony and his team did an excellent job refinishing our wood floors. When we have guests over the first thing they mention is how beautiful our floors look. Tony's communication throughout the project was excellent. For my next flooring project I won't call anyone else but Footprint Floors.

The coordination and communication was not good. Many weeks and months went by without any information about the project status. After 6 weeks Iâ m still waiting for my project to be 100% complete. Very frustrated?!

We had a new hardwood floor installed by Footprints to replace carpet and old hardwood. Tony was very patient and helpful in the process of selecting and ordering the new floor. He was always available guide us through the process and kept us informed of all activity. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend Tony and Footprints to anyone.

Tony and his team were amazing. Itâ s not an easy time to find help or supplies, but Tony went above and beyond to fix our hardwood floors. He constantly sent me updatesâ letting me know when he found wood that matched and when his team could make it out. On the day of the project, Tony and Eugene came out. They were quick, efficient and answered all my questions. We have a few more house projects weâ d like to get done in the next few years and weâ ll definitely be reaching out to Tony and Footprints Floors.

I cannot say enough good things about Footprint flooring. From my first meeting with Tony, through installation and inspection, everything was above and beyond. I am absolutely thrilled with my new floors. Brandon and Victor were meticulous, clean and very nice and easy to be around. Their attention to detail was superb. Our house has a lot of irregularities and they spent the extra time troubleshooting so as to delivery a final product at the highest level of craftsmanship. I would absolutely recommend them.
