Gary and the Footprint Floors team was FANTASTIC to work with on the sales process but his team was stellar with the installation process. One year later when we wanted to install more LVP due to a pipe burst, Gary not only found the exact match to my original flooring he installed, he went out of his way to help quote and order multiple GC’s to color match the original LVP, with receiving no referral bonus. He just did the right thing by the customer. To me, that’s dedication and commitment to true customer service. Thank you, Footprints Floors and Gary!!

We had our hardwood floors refinished by Footprints—wow! They did such a spectacular job. Who would’ve thought those floors were there all along! In addition, Gary did a great job of communicating the whole process every step along the way. We’d definitely hire them again!

Price excellent and Gary handled all the logistics professionally and kindly. His crew was wonderful, doing everything to my specifications. Finished work beautiful!

Gary's crew was prompt and did great work. Was not aware of an extra charge for using credit card and was reimbursed for that. I do recommend this company!

Footprints was able to do our floors very quickly. And the hardwood floors look absolutely amazing.

My first review would not take any of my photos. They did a great job. Super fast... done in 8 hours 2 bedrooms hallway and landing on 2nd floor

They were fast and professional. Kept the sanding dust to a minimum.

Pros: quickly completed the job, did come back and use a marker to fill in areas where stain was missed. (but missed many spots the first time around) Cons: did not show up for the consult on time, pushed our job back to a different day and notified us Friday prior to the Monday they were supposed to start. They did not lock out front door upon leaving, leaving us vulnerable to theft. Certain aspects asked for like filling in the gaps between board were NOT done, with no solution provided. When I didn?t respond to a text quickly enough they just stopped over to ?repair? the floor with a marker without scheduling a time, changing our entire plan for the day. Less than impressed.

Owner did the estimate himself and they fit me into their schedule within 2 weeks
