Their work is beautiful at a fair price. I do plan to hire him for another project.

I couldn?t get an itemized bill for several days. Then a misunderstanding about upstairs flooring, still no itemized bill. The install was fine.

Rob went above and beyond to give me exactly what i wanted. I wanted luxury vinyl planks on my stairs as well as my entire downstairs. He was the only quote that was willing to give me the custom stairway that i wanted. Additionally, his crew worked all day to get my install completed to meet my time line without being pressured. I plan to redo my upstairs floors in the near future and i can't imagine working with anyone else other than footprints.

Quote went great and they were very fairly priced for the work that they did. Did a great job laying the flooring, very professional and friendly work crew. Where the issue came in was with our stair runner, we have what is called pie shaped steps towards the bottom of the staircase, and they were not knowledgeable in how to install a runner for those type of steps. We were told they were going to take our runner and work with an actual carpet person, to get a piece made specifically for that step, and they would get back to me the following Monday. I never heard anything and the back and forth over getting the runner completed began. It took a couple of weeks but they finally came back out and did what they thought was all they could do, but never once communicated that they were told our runner was not the right materials to have a stair piece made for, it was not until they finally showed up to complete the job. I was told if my husband and were not happy with the stair runner job to let them know, and they would come back out and fix it, as my husband was at work that day. Today is the 3rd time they were supposed to come out and fix it and nothing, I have texted and called and gotten no response. I was told yesterday they would be out this morning, but nothing. This is not the first or second time they were supposed to show up and did not, and did not communicate anything until well after the fact. I waited quite some time to leave them a review in hopes everything would get straightened out and I could leave them 5 stars, but no such luck. They left 2 raw seams with the runner, the top and the bottom, even after I asked them to fix it. My husband got clever and fixed the one at the top of the stairs, and when they came back to attempt to finish the runner they fixed the one at the bottom. I do not think I should have to tell people laying flooring to not leave a carpet seam exposed. We really do love our floors, but they have dropped the ball BIG TIME with this still runner. Hire them for flooring that is NOT carpet, especially if there might be any hiccups with it.

Did good work installing Bamboo flooring but had to sub to a more experienced installer. Appreciate they brought in someone rather than risk destroying the planks. A misunderstanding happened after the work was done and we received a bill for double the estimate they provided. I understood there were additional supplies needed and was not opposed to paying some additional but not double the original quote. It was extremely hard to get in touch with the owner to get the issue resolved and the project closed. Would not use them again due to lack of experience and back office support.

Hubby and I are very pleased with how the refinishing of the pine hardwood floor turned out.

Super responsive. Worked really fast with a large team. Communicated well and we on time and ready as expected. Highly recommend them again.re
