Footprints was an excellent company to work with. Had a dark cherry wood floor I hated and wanted to get ideas as to how to change it. They came and looked at floor and gave suggestions. We had 2 boxes of wood from another project we wanted to use. They suggested prosource and was able to find a perfect match. They price was reasonable to take the old floor us and install the new. Quick service once wood came in. Communication was excellent as was the work. We are thrilled with the service and work that was done. They stayed on top of project as workers were working and came and viewed progress. They even want to come back after project is complete. I high suggest using this company.

Footprints provided an estimate to lay tile in two bathrooms and a laundry room. They also purchased wood to install throughout the entire main floor and starway/hallway. They guaranteed that they could provide the kind of custom install I requested, which was a custom feature, However, when the inspection from our city was done, water ran everywhere. To their credit, they fixed drywall and reinstalled, at no cost to us, the proper shower stall for the master bath. We had trouble getting secure times for them to arrive at our home, the work by their tile installer was great, however, their customer service, has thus far, been less than satisfactory. We have one strip of tile to be laid in our Master Bath and we cannot get anyone to call with a date and time to have this last piece of the project done. We canceled the wood install, we just felt that it was best to part ways. The crew installing our wood floors now have given us exact times as to when they will be at our property, installed the wood and are now in the process of sanding and finishing. This has taken less than two weeks...Footprints was in our home for two bathrooms, and a laundry room, beginning February 4th and to date have not finished our project. Please, Footprints, call us so that we can finish this final piece, especially since you are now paid in full.

They damaged my baseboard in multiple spots, many holes in the wall, and ruined multiple windows by abusing latches, scratched adjoining tile in multiple spots. I asked for just one window latch replaced, and they strung me along for months and finally stopped responding to my calls. Owner ran **possible franchises** through my private home w/o my permission multiple times. Contractors used my bathrooms upstairs after I said only the powder is okay. Did not flush.... I turned HVAC off and put up drop cloth to avoid spreading dust as much as possible. They turned HVAC back on and left door open....and pulled drop cloths which were out of their way. I spent about 25K on floors, and they treat me like garbage. Run...away...fast.

Working with Footprints Floors was an exceptional experience. Not only do the floors look impeccable, but the customer service was outstanding. In an industry that can sometimes lack integrity and customer care, we were so pleasantly surprised by Aaron's commitment to excellent communication and making sure we were happy. Mike the project manager and Eduardo the tile installer were really good. His son could of done a few things better cleaning up but nothing horrible. Mark the bidder did not appreciate or communicate the complexity of the project and it delayed us a few days. Joel the original tile installer said he could not complete all the aspects of the job (he was unfamiliar floating a wall) so we waited. Nothing against Joel and in fact we are grateful that he and the staff do not just blow and go while producing a half baked product. I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

I would use them again. The only thing I wish I knew in advance was that Footprint Floors uses sub-contractors and does not have any inhouse contractors as their employees. However Footprint Floors project manager was on top of everything during my job. Very happy with them.

Great company! Installation crew knew exactly what they were doing. Showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. Organization was very responsive! Would use them again!
