Very professional. We had wood floors that needed to be sanded down and refinished. The workmanship was excellent. They set a schedule and worked within it. We continued to live in the house while the work was going on which, from other remodeling in the past, sometimes is difficult. It was not a the case this time. I would highly recommend Footprint Floors for the quality of the work, a competitive price, and pleasant people with whom to work.

I had a great experience with Footprints Floors from beginning to end. They were quick and responsive with a site visit and quote. Once approved, the project was scheduled and completed in a timely manner and they communicated with me several times throughout the entire process. We loved working with Todd and the crew at Footprints Flooring on our new home. We had original white oak floors under all the carpet and laid new red oak floors in the rooms that did not have hardwood (not knowing the other floors were white oak). They were very efficient and communicative through each step of the process and helped us pick the perfect stain to blend our mixed woods through the house. They also cut in heating vents and flush mounted vent covers and repaired a few damaged boards we had. We went with the Invisible 2 step hardener finish. It all turned out so beautiful! Thanks again!

Amazing professionals! Went above and beyond in many ways. We installed new floors and my handicapped dog was slipping on the new hardwood stairs. Todd immediately found a solution and came and installed his solution within 24 hours to make sure my dog didn’t get hurt. Would recommend FF Floors to anyone. They also stayed true to their quote, even though there were a couple hurdles that they could have charged more for.
