We had knock down done on walls that were wall paper prior. The job was to remove all wall paper and replace with knock down. They had problems removing the wall paper and had to do the knock down over the wall paper. This turned out ok. My main issue was that my wood trim was not cleaned or caulked at all. They also lefted a stain in my garage where they mixed the mud.
