I cannot more strongly urge you not to work with Greg and Forbes Designs. I had him replace the banister on my stairs 1.5 years ago. After leaving the banister unsafe and not structurally sound, he has refused to stand by his work and repair it. After 1.5 years of not responding to texts or calls urging him to repair his flawed handiwork, I had to threaten to sue him just to get him to answer a text, at which point he then proceeded to ghost me again. I cannot urge you more strongly, do not, under ANY circumstances work with Greg.

Very reliable, trustworthy, professional, very meticulous. I would highly recommend them. In fact, I have asked them to do some work inside my home.

Greg and Tommy are great, honest people that provide top quality work and always go the extra mile. Throughout our project, Greg was an excellent and clear communicator, always taking the time to break things down and make sure we were all on the same page. He did such a great job managing and scheduling all of the subcontractors that we ended the project ahead of schedule and under budget. Two things you hardly ever hear in home renovations. We are so grateful to both Greg and Tommy for the work they've done on our home and would definitely recommend them for yours.

We worked with Forbes on 2 different projects, and they were highly skilled and very easy to work with. They went above and beyond on all of the projects we asked them to do, and we were very pleased with their work. They are professional and easy to communicate with. We could not have asked for anything better! Best of all, they love our dogs like their own!
