Locksmith was great, called as soon as I made the appointment, called to let me know was going to be 5 mins late and did quick work. It was $35 each to remove the lock (which I already did so wasn't charged), to rekey and another 35 to reinstall (which I could've done but he did it without asking) and a $15 service fee. I wish they had asked before reinstalling it. He did nonetheless adjust the deadbolt to ensure it went in smoothly which I did appreciate.

Do not hire this company, They did a very poor job. The new locks they installed look horrible and barely work. I called them and asked them to either refund my money or come fix their work. The owner, Mr. Ford called me on the phone and told me an elaborate lie. He claimed that, even though I hired his company on Angieâ  s list and even though he personally called me the morning of my appointment to confirm, the person who showed up did not work for him. He claimed that there are â  impostersâ  who have been stealing his jobs from Angieâ  s list. He said when I hired him on Angieâ  s list, Angieâ  s list sent my information to a bunch of other companies as well. He said that these other contractors routinely beat him to the job sites and steal his business. I asked him why, if that were true, he never showed up the day of our appointment. He personally confirmed the appointment with me with a phone call the morning of. if the person who came and fixed my locks did not work with him, why didnâ  t he show up as well? He said that he â  probablyâ  saw the other person working and left. He said thatâ  s what he normally does because he does not want to confuse the customers. He told me to call Angieâ  s list and they would confirm. I called Angieâ  s list and told them what Mr. Ford had told me They told me that Ford 24/7 Locksmith Services was the only company that received my request for a locksmith. There were no other companies contacted about my request. So if a locksmith showed up, they had to be affiliated with Ford 24/7 Locksmith Services. Mr. Ford was also aggressive and belligerent with me on the phone. I highly discourage anyone from hiring him, or his company. The entire interaction felt like a huge scam.

Ford did an excellent job. He showed up on time, did the work exactly as we had discussed over the phone. He also replaced a lock for me at no charge. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Great experience. He was able to come out earlier than expected and worked quick to help me get into my communication box. He even we above and beyond in explaining the process and sharing knowledge about my specific locks. Would definitely use them anytime I need some lock help.

Absolutely awesome and wonderful! I called and he was available immediately came right out; the work was very thorough and very complete. He was articulate, took the time to show me how to use the keyless entry and had me practice right in front of him.to ensure sure that I knew how to use the key as well as the code; as well as indicating information on the instructions. As a grannie, this was very important. He cleaned up, and when he left, he said â  lock the doorâ  to make sure that the door was secure. Wonderful. Delightful experience. Thank you.
