The gentleman who took the service call forgot to tell the other owner and no one came at the time promised. I called the office and they sent someone immediately and the ceiling fan was hung in a few hours. Not impressed with the one brother but the others were great.

First of all their responsiveness was amazing. Literally seconds after requesting a quote the owner called me. The technician was easy to work with, friendly and very professional. This is in stark contrast to the other Spa Repair companies I called who were either rude or non-responsive. I will never trust my spa to anyone else! CALL THEM!

There customer service was the best..but there knowlege of the hot tub left a bit short of being excellent..after they finished the job the hot tub would work thru one cycle the quit with a error code of fl..I still need to get a repairman to fix the problem that i did not have prior to the repair by Ford Electric...

These guys did a wonderful job and were very cordial during the whole installation. Professionals in every way and I appreciated the way they took charge and did what was needed to get the fan installed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them and would use them the next time I need any electrical stuff done.
