The person, Shaun Ford, who comes out for the estimate is the person who comes to do the work. Shaun is very nice and knows his business. He and and an assistant came and knocked out a good sized list of service upgrades all over my house including through masonry walls. Very satisfied and I will be using again and again.

Sean was efficient and personable although over an hour late. I may be too picky but he replaced my white light switches with tan so I have to go back and replace them again.

Efficient, but very overpriced. Charged over $570 for one hour of work. Needed 5 gcfi outlets installed and provided the equipment for three of them. He charged $90 per outlet and then charged a high amount for screwing in a battery operated smoke detector into the ceiling. I do NOT recommend using this business.

"Mr. Joe thank you for the initial comment of efficient we definitely strive to take care of our customers as for the install we properly installed the GFCI protected receptacles to code and then had no problem reinstalling the switch and receptacle that you attempted to put in for your friend seeing that you are not even the homeowner so I really feel it is unfair to try to tarnish Ford electric after your failed attempt also we provided the material needed to complete the task as well as the other devices as for the price I'm sorry that you felt it was a little high but you're paying for the quality and proper installation by licensed technician."

Compared to any service i have ever hired anyone ever...this has been the best experience. Mr. Ford is honest, incredible nice, trustworthy and did an excellent job replacing my entire power fuse box in the house. With such a big job, i thought it would take him all day, but got everything done in half the time. Everything is working great now. Thank you so much, i greatly appreciate his help. I will definitly call him again if i have any electrical issues. He gets a huge A+ from me!!!
