Matt was referred to me from a neighbor. I live in a historic district, and a car hit my front porch in December of 2022. The entire thing needed to be rebuilt, as well as the asbestos siding on the front of the house abated and replaced, the original metal awning removed and reset, the entire house painted and lanscaping work. Matt was the only contractor that could handle it all! He was super communicative, keeping me updated on the plan for each day. Every crew he brought in was professional and courteous. They did amazing work! I'm super happy with the results, and cried in the front yard with Matt when he showed me the finished product. He and his crew put my house back together and it looks better than ever!

We had structural repairs needed to our ceiling joist. Being an older house with old construction techniques the joist had settled at different heights and some were sagging. I asked for referrals and Matt Ford was at the top of the list. Matt came out and looked at our needs and put a well detailed plan together- engineer approved. He tested our ceiling to confirm if it had asbestos. They put up barriers where working and kept things very clean. I was updated with photos as the work progressed. Had this not been done properly major structural damage could have occurred when things were cut to install a new support beam. We could not be happier and feel good knowing this part of the house is solid now. We highly recommend Fords siding and remodeling and will use him again for our next project.

I have felt uneasy with former folks I have hired - but Matt and Steve are keepers and a team I will confidently refer to friends. I especially appreciate that Matt does not complain or hem and haw about issues or problems that arise. Matt is easy-going and respectful about my home's imperfections and challenges.

On almost every occasion in which I have had to hire a Contractor, we have run into one issue or another, from small things, to large problems. Matt & Steve were the most professional team we have ever dealt with. If they were running behind, they called us to let us know. They draped the floor of our home with drop cloths and kept any dirt and dust to a minimum. At the end of each day, they swept and vacuumed the area they were working in and cleaned the outside work area. The placement of the window was harrowing, however, they handled it like the pros they are. The window quality itself turned out to be a much more exceptional value and quality than we anticipated. The finish work was exceptional. The window (a large bay) looks like a natural part of our home, from the trim work to the beautiful shingles added to the outside. Everything they did was above & beyond our expectations.

Matt & his helper were wonderful to work with. The job involved removing rotten floorboard & replacing in the bathroom & bedy for my 92 year old mother. New wall tile around the tub & flooring were installed. A new vanity was installed . Painting was done in both rooms. Matt went over & above what needed to be done with a very positive attitude. He was so kind dealing with my mother with dementia, explaining every step of the remodeling process.We appreciate his excellent service!

Words cannot express how thrilled I am with the work provided by Matt and his crew!! We had a complete renovation of the exterior of our home and it doesnâ t even look like the same place!! Matt took my vision and made it a reality! Communication was easy and regular. Matt even handled my unexpected changes in the original plans with no hesitation. The quality of work is superb!! When it comes to being a great person and a great contractor, I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Ford and his crew... When it comes to workmanship and excellence? They displayed it day in and day out until the project was done! They completely remodeled my bathroom, raised the sagging floors throughout the house, and re-plumbed the entire house. I have to admit I was concerned in the beginning because I had never had a remodel done before but Mr. Ford assured me that I would be more than satisfied with the final results... and I was! I love my bathroom! Fords Siding and Remodeling is the best! I will be a customer for life! I hired Matt Ford to tear out an old bathroom and completely remodel it and install a shower stall. I have never had a contractor who takes such time with his customer and explain the process step by step, making sure I understood what was going on and that he was doing things to our satisfaction. Honest as the day is long, I just gave him a key to the house. He would text me each day, often with an accompanying picture, and explain what he and Steve had done that day. I have already got him lined up for our next home improvement project.

Always on time. Let us know every step of the way of what they were doing. Could not tell that they had been here every day they cleaned up after their self like they had never been here. Would highly recommend and would use them again. We could not be happier with the remodel on our bathroom with our new tile and floors.
