We highly recommend Max Zamora and his ForeGen plumbing crew. They gave us a good estimate and immediately went to work hooking up a water line to our refrigerator. They completed the job quickly and stand by their work. Will hire them again.

Tankless Water Heater - Install
The job involved installing a new tankless and swapping the tank in another location. They did both jobs at a better price than bids for a single job. Several complications due to the home were resolved quickly and reasonably. Responsive to contact and address all issues quickly.

This gentleman would not even come out to give me a quote. He gave it over the phone and when he got here of course would not honor it and waited it by over $100 he then accused me of being a liar spoke to me horribly as a man and I'm a woman who weighs 110 pounds. I would wholeheartedly recommend getting payment plans with an expensive plumber that knows what they're doing and not deal with the horribly unprofessional business behavior that is held by unfortunately this man who is now representing his business. So from this reviewer all men who are in favor of degrading a 43 year old professional business manager stand up and hire this guy! Do you want to be called a liar? you hire this guy! But from my standpoint if you are a woman in this state stay away from this business! Because this particular gentleman will speak to my husband and a whole different way than he will speak to me, the manager. Do not hire despite the fact that they will undercut you on price

"We do appreciate your feedback Ms. (consumer name withheld per their request), I'd just like to explain that we do rough estimates over the phone as a courtesy to our potential clients who are in surrounding towns/cities, and I do understand there was a potential miscommunication about the original appointment to which we did reference the recorded call to double check the time and date. we ended up leaving your town and were able to return at a later date. To prevent this type of situation our system also sends out text alerts and emails notifying you of your appointment, however it was unfortunately missed by your office. we also let you know of the price before performing the work so that you have the opportunity to approve or decline. At the time of this project our office was in constant communication with you and would've appreciated a mention about your dislike of the price or any other issue, you did seem eager to work with us at the time and the work was successfully completed so I have to say this review is a bit unexpected. (2nd Responce to Review): Michelle I am very sorry you feel that way, This was the second time we came out to Belen to respond to your service (which we are trying to respond to that area to help customers out in these parts of the state) we are located in Rio Rancho which is at least an hour away. Fore Gen had to cancel your appointment that day because you weren't sure what needed to be done or where it needed to be done, So we came back to town because we are on a schedule and had other pre scheduled appointments in the city, then you called us back and said you were now ready and we were unable to accommodate you at that specific time. so upon arrival the second day we show up and?"

Water Heater - Repair or Service
First off, finding a good reliable plumber in the Albuquerque area has been hard. I had another plumber install a water heater last August and it failed over the weekend. When I reached out he told me he could not help. My search for a new plumber started. I contacted ForeGen and he responded quickly and was at my house early to diagnose the problem. What was refreshing is he did not promise something he couldn't deliver. He communicated through out the day on when he would be at my house to finish. He was on time and professional. I will certainly not hesitate to use ForeGen in the future and I will not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Water heater went out and I called our local big name plumbing company, I was told it would be almost 4 days until it would be repaired. Started searching and found ForeGen. Max, the owner responded almost immediately to my request extremely courteous and professional. After the visit I reached out to him hoping that the water heater could be replaced the same day. Max assured me that it could. His tech showed up a few hours later with a brand new unit. Again very courteous and helpful answering all my questions as he worked. I would definitely recommend this company and I will personally be using them in the future

I have hired numerous plumbers and contractors while renovating my home. This is the first contractor that did not care about the quality of work that was done nor completing the work that was quoted. I recommend avoiding at all costs.

"I am sorry you feel that way Corey we usually charge 3-and above to install a shower or tub valve but we did do your valve at a discounted rate of $250 which is a very reasonable price anybody that has experienced paying for this type installation knows this //Foregen Plumbing has a system where we offer an estimate for our customers to approve; upon approval we then will schedule an appointment to do the work the specified details on the estimate is what we go off when we are performing the work and charging for it As far as the scheduling: tradesmen jobs are unpredictable it is very hard to tell how long a job is going to take:we give 1hr."

Foregen also was able to lend a extra hand on pulling out some bushes for you in the back yard which you had mentioned you had wanted to remove. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We had a great experience with ForeGen Plumbing. Their plumber installed a new hot water heater in less than three hours and it works wonderfully. He cleaned up the area and we had hot water in about 30 minutes. Would recommend them !!!!
