For Valor Roofing, LLC

A contract was signed with this company on March 21, 2025. It is now December 31st. No work whatsoever as been completed. This company is a complete scam. I have been given several new dates as to when this project would happen and they have failed to meet their commitments. At one point I was told my supplies were loaded on a truck and would be delivered. Two weeks later I was told that my supplies would be delivered on December 23 and the roof would be completed within 24 hours (I am not stupid enough to believe they would actually do the roof on Christmas Eve, but that is what they said). When I tried to confirm on 12/22 I was told that they were trying to figure out how to schedule a delivery truck (despite having already been told the supplies were on a truck). At this time I was told that the project would be completed by the end of the year. They have ghosted me since then. I have asked for a refund since they clearly are not capable of doing the work and received no response.

For Valor Roofing came out arrived on time was very professional and friendly they gave me a great price replaced my roof and gutters. All the work was done in one day. They exceeded my expectations and I still use them today.

For Valor Roofing received payment and repeatedly broke contract, damaged window, destroyed material with poor installation, left construction materials for months, refused to return phone calls, and disappeared for weeks at a time. Siding work began on August 20th, 2024 and was less than halfway completed when I gave up on working with this company January 14th, 2025. I tried a lot of solutions, including reducing the scope of the work, asking for a refund, and asking for their insurance and surety bond. None of these worked and it will cost nearly triple the initial bid to repair the damage For Valor Roofing caused. Some of the work looks acceptable from far away, but getting up close shows visible gaps and breaks in our siding where wind, water, and animals can easily get in, as well as damage to windowsills from Hampton incomplete work. I would not recommend working with this company without an ironclad contract, a current copy of their company insurance policy, and surety bond.
