The initial communication was prompt but several issues arose and in the end a 3 days project turned into 2 months. After laying out my feedback and concerns in writing, none of the concerns were addressed in a manner I would expect from proper customer service. I also referred them to a neighbor for a much larger project and asked about a discount for the referral which was met with no response. The sub-contractor they used for the flooring install had little attention to detail in addition to being slow. Many of the flooring planks were chipped and were caulked to cover up the chips. A couple different sub-contractors were brought in to touch up things the original sub-contractor failed to do. I wish that I had a more positive experience.

I used Gary and Michelle Holcolm with Four Peaks Flooing and Finishes to completely renovate my guest bathroom right down to the stud walls. I could not hired a better contractor. Gary and Michelle's sub contractors that came to do my renovation were all 5 stars. They showed up when scheduled and on time. The workmanship was top notch. They always cleaned up after their work. This project was done within the time frame we spoke about which even made me happier. Their pricing was excellent when compared to other contractors I interviewed. I cannot speak highly enough about this company.
