Quoted price and scope, price never went down when reduced scope, but price went up. Quality of work issues, grout wasn't done well. He charged me to do it again. Stripped screws on curtains. Charges high but the quality and price don't line up.

Guillermo (the owner) and his assistant Eric were very easy to work with and did a nice job! They were dependable and trustworthy. They worked on multiple remodeling projects over a period of several weeks during the day while we were at work. We had no problems with them in our home, unsupervised during that time. They did a good of cleaning up at the end of each day. They would wait each day until we arrived to inspect the work that had been completed and discuss the next steps in the process and issues (if any) that had arisen during the day. They seem especially comfortable with sheet rock wall repair, painting, minor plumbing repairs, carpentry, tiling (floor and showers). The price for the work was a good value. I intend to hire them again for any of my next home improvement projects.
