Adam was very conscientious, prompt, and finished the job on time. The quality of his work was very good and his final bill was below estimate. We are very pleased and recommend him highly.

I'm very pleased with my refinished woodflooring. The person who callled me to set-up an appointment was very polite and courteous and was able to answer any question's and concern's I had. He took the time to explain the different finishe's and took the time to demonstrate different shade's of the stain, to give me an better ideal of what I was really trying to decide on. This really helped me out alot. He alway's showed up on time and cleaned-up behind himself. Now that's a big plus for me. The price was want I was willing to pay for, and I recommend this company fully.

Accidentally sanded the stain competely off the corners of about 20 boards. Tried to fix situation but only got worse. What was suppose to be a 3 hour job turned into 6 days and ruined my floor

"The finish on this floor was very hard but for whatever reason the stain on a handful of boards came off. I came back the following Monday to fix the situation. They had extra wood (this was a prefinished product) and we decided it would be best to replace the boards where the stain came off. This was a time consuming propsistion, but I wanted to make the floor right. After two days they tell me that they don't want me to replace anymore boards, but I still had to finish the floor the next day. This left me without options since I didn't have time to other options. Also she wantedto clean the floor herself which was a bad idea"

He missed 1st appt. for estimate. 1-1/2 hours late for actual job due to bad weatherwhich is understandabe, but he never called to let me know he was held up. I had to call him after he was an hour late for the appointment. His actual work was good and he was very courteous and pleasant. I just was not pleased with how he handled appointments.

"The first appointment was a mis-communication due to what day the appointment was on. I had the quote in my calendar for Friday and She had down Thursday. The second appointment I was there on time, but she was not and I called to try and find out where she was, but was unable to reach her. She called me after I had left and I turned around for the quote. The day in question we had received a huge storm. With accidents on I-96. Pulling a trailer on such days makes you have to move extra slow. I did try calling, but the only number I had with me at the time was her work number. I am happy they were happy with the job. It was a top coat."

Adam was very professional from the initial interview/quote right through until the project was completed. He is a genuine craftsman. It has been a long time since I have met a person who takes as much pride in his work. I had several (6) contractors give me quotes for my floor refinishing project, Forest Floors was not the cheapest, but they were the only contractor to actually get on the floor and pull up a couple of the cold air returns and check the thickness and conditions of the floors. I have already referred several of my friends to Forest Floors and will continue to do so.

I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Always on time, always a gentleman, trustworthy, polite clean and very concientious about the work being well done. The weather was a big concern with no electricity for a couple of days, and the floor was still done ahead of schedule. I am very happy with my floor and would recommend this company to anyone I know, and already have. Beautiful job Adam!!!!! Thank you so much. Best regards, Sandy

I think they did an overall good job on the floor. There were some other issues that I wished we had been better informed on beforehand.
