Beware this smooth-talking shyster who promises everything but has his hand in your wallet. I had a small bulge in my carpet stretched, and he verbally promised it would be fixed Forever, just like the name of the company. The bulge has returned. When I called, he pointed out the small print that his warranty was for a year only, and I was ten days late, so he would need to charge me for the re-service. I reminded him of the verbal promise and his response was, *Rules are rules.* He then tried to blame the carpet for the bulge. He also nickeled and dimed. He quoted on the carpet stretch, only after he arrived, then added $75.00 because he had to trim a small excess off after the stretch. Avoid this man and his greedy company!

The quality of the work was fine but I would be skeptical of their pricing and quoting. Once the provider arrived they quoted me 2X the initial pricing. I sent over the feedback that they should be more upfront with a range of pricing and potential additional charges. It puts the customer in an uncomfortable position once the provider is already in their home doubling the price they were guided. I sent this feedback to the company but heard no response. The experience was unsettling and businesses should be more transparent with their customers.

They did a good job on my very light colored & dirty sofa and love seat. They also did a good job on My dining room chairs.

These guys did an excellent job from the initial consult to the actual install. Did not try to up sell me for no reason, stayed within budget. Showed up on time and when they missed the first appointment due to some scheduling issues which were understandable, they gave me a discount to make up for it.

Minor things came up. I was told on phone it was a set cost for having the carpet stretched, but was charged $40 extra on site after an estimate. Also didn’t clean up after and left carpet trimmings in the room. Other than that, everyone was extremely friendly and professional and the carpet looked great when they finished.

They were very quick to respond on initial request. Once they contact me, very courteous and within 2 days had an appointment scheduled. Once techs showed up, extremely friendly and explained the entire process and options very thoroughly. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Would definitely recommend.
