The man was responsive, but he overcharged

Wagner was exceptional. The only negative was that it took him a week to call me back, and I had already given up on him. But he was so apologetic, and I hadn't found anyone else to do the work, that I had him come by anyway. He came the next day, immediately saw many problems with our old fence installation (which had only been done two years earlier), and came up with a way to repair it. We discussed more expensive options, but he insisted he could repair what was there and not have to replace it, saving me tremendous amounts of money. I paid 1/2 up front. He came within 2 days to do the work and finished it in two days. He waited two weeks for 2nd payment because we went away. I left it under the mat, and he texted to tell me I left too much, because I had overpaid the first time. What integrity! That, along with a great job done, makes him number one on my list of recommendations.

Wagner got back to me within minutes of my request, and came by to see the job that evening. He is prompt, knowledgeable, fair and professional. I am completely satisfied with the job and highly recommend Wagner and his company, Forever Fencing Co. for any of your fencing needs.

This is the second time I called Wagner after my landscaper damaged the fence. I will never hire anyone else for fence work. Wagner is wonderful in every way. I found Wagner Robert very professional. He and his workers removed the old fence, pointed out problems on the property before starting work on the new fence and then proceeded to put up my new fence. It is beautiful! They cleaned up at the end of each day and the cost of the project was quite reasonable. I am going to hire this company again for other projects on my property.

He reviewed my needs, gave me an excellent price and personally supervised as well as worked in repairing two fences that had been damaged by Hurricane Sandy.
