Write a ReviewWe hired this contractor to replace sod and ensure the sprinkler system works to take care of the new sod. Until we finalized the contractor, he was a smooth talking operator but afterwards he was a one-way street. He did some extra work which he told us at the end and charged for it which we paid. There was no supervision provided. Labor provided did what they knew. For a final payment of less than 10% on a large contract, he asked more money claiming more than what had been agreed. He was very rude. His language was very abusive. We would advise others to stay away from this company.
They are abusive people who abuse workers and want to pay what you want.
Great job, was prompt with price and quality work. I had to clean up after there team a bit however.
Carlos and his team were courtesy and professional, They gave me a fair price after I got quotes from 3 other landscaping companies, Work was down in 1 day and they cut down 3 bushes and everything was immaculate when they left. I would recommend this landscaping company .
I canâ t say enough positive things about Carlos and his crew. From his initial bid to the final cleanup, he managed my project with an attention to detail and professionalism every step of the way. His prices were BY FAR the cheapest of 3 other companies, but his service was above and beyond! To be clear, this was a very big residential job. I would also like to point out how friendly and considerate his entire crew was. We have 3 very large dogs who were essentially spoiled every time they came into contact with one of his crew. On a rare occasion, a small gate was mistakenly left down and Carlos immediately sent someone over to replace it at 9:30pm (even though I insisted it wasnâ t a big deal). They treated me with respect and courtesy anytime and every time we interacted. To reiterate, my landscaping project was extreme. But because I picked Carlos, I was able to get so much more than I initially believed, simply because everyoneâ s rates were so high! In the end, I have a BEAUTIFUL front and back yard, complete with irrigation, flower beds, rock, beautiful stone border, sod, large trees and flagstone. Thank you, Carlos!!!!
We finally got our Backyard Back! After a year of pool building and a torn up backyard, we hired Forever Green to put our yard back together. Carlos and his Team work diligently but fast. Carlos was always available for a call to discuss the project and also for owner initiated changes. I would include items and he would just add it to his scope of work. We are very happy with the final product. It was exactly as we pictured it to be. I would recommend Forever Green SA to anyone.
Let me start by saying I really dislike leaving a bad review that can affect someones livelihood but several attempts to contact this Contractor have gone unanswered. We selected this company because it came down to price and Carlos was knowledgeable and straight forward. The project (a rectangular concrete slab for backyard sports) started off well. They framed the area and 2 days later the concrete was poured. We asked for a pvc piping to be laid in the middle of the slab so we could run an electric cable if needed. We were assured it would be done and it was not, but we were willing to overlook it Towards the end of the concrete pour it seemed like they had run out of concrete and we saw them adding more sand/crushed granite. When this was questioned, we were advised this is normal and will not be an issue when the concrete sets. Not true - that area is soft and sandy. The area is also not a true rectangle which is very noticeable when we started painting court lines on the slab. The biggest and most expensive issue is the crew hit our solar power inverter mounted on the side of the house with their bobcat and said nothing. We discovered the issue when CPS came out to investigate the error alarm they received. The inverter was fried. Carlos came out with a crew member to assess and at first they tried to say it was not their fault. However, the point of impact was clearly visible. An argument ensued between Carlos and his crew member. Finally, Carlos advised he would figure something out and get back to us. Since then there has been no communication. Calls and texts are not answered and we are $2500 out of pocket to replace the inverter. So very disappointed and frustrated. If the slab was next to perfect it would be easier but even that has issues. We are willing to remove this review if this Contractor resolves these issues
Carlos and his team were professional and provided quality service. I have already recommended them to others!
Carlos and the Forever Green team did a fantastic job on a difficult assignment. His team built a beautiful wall that and path that Iâ ve been very happy with. Highly recommend.
Carlos is a very professional business man. He was attentive to my request and made sure I got what I wanted the way I wanted. The job was done in one day as promised even though they worked until 10:30.pm at no extra charge. I will definitely use them again and let all my friends and family do the same.
Carlos was awesome, hard working and trust worthy. In addition to that he’s a nice person, will use him again
