"Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. Scheduling the completion of your drywalls was challenging for both parties. The requested arrival time was before 6am, and there was also two days where you were out of town and unavailable. Despite this, we made several efforts to coordinate a time. We took precautions by laying drop cloths on garage floors. Debris were unfortunately overlooked during cleanup and we sincerely apologize."

"Sorry to hear about your experience that you never had with us. Never met you or begin any work for you, nor did I got a single penny from you, so there was nothing to even be ?completed?. You contacted me via phone about putting together a cabinet 3 months ago, gave you a price, did leg work to contact your retailer etc. Also gave me date and time to come, to you just ghosting me and not hearing from you since then. You don?t get to call someone and immediately expect them to show up at your door without giving them a grace period. Please leave Forever After Renovations alone as your business is not welcome.
