They were professional and explained clearly what they would be doing. Their windows were reasonably priced. They completed the work as promised quickly and sufficiently. If we need windows again, we will go to them.

Work didn't start on date listed on estimate. I had to call to find out when the job would start. I feel they should have called me if the date was going to be after date on estimate.

The subcontractors were professional and skilled. Communications with the main office were limited, but they were accomodating when requesting materials (documentation) and information. We are happy with the final result. In addition to the high quality of the (Alside) Charter Oak siding, we like the trim used around the windows and doors.
