This was one of my top two. I like to deliberate endlessly before committing. Shay was patient. I was over a year between our first consultation and when i signed the contract. She is not pushy and very responsive. I did not know what I wanted, just that i needed a change. She walked through my house to understand my esthetics then designed the 80% solution on the first try. Over the year I tweaked what I wanted. She used her designer experience to either add it or to explain why it would not work. I completely trust her judgement. I consulted with 8 companies. Shay was the only one that offered a solution that enabled me to fit an island in my kitchen. Everyone else said it could not be done. While the work was being done, she kept me informed of the progress and what I could expect to the upcoming days. Her contractors were wonderful. Friendly, helpful and fixing small problems as they encountered them. For example, he fixed door that was not aligned. More to say but limited.
