Form To Function, LLC

They were efficient, on time and cleaned up before they left. I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends who need sprinkler systems installed.

Matt the owner and is professional and was a pleasure to work with. He was always quick to respond to any questions. He had two employees Jake and Josh that I found responsible, friendly and hard working. I am confident to recommend Matt and his company. I will use them again.

Complete disaster! Matt did a terrible job pruning my trees: He cut all the branches of my weeping pussy willow 3-4 feet from the ground, took out ALL the side branches of my beautiful Japanese maple, and pruned the dogwood branches several inches above the buds. He built an odd set of bluestone stairs that will depend on moss growth to look normal, and actually CUT DOWN small trees and shrubs that had been in my garden for years. I'm completely baffled by the decisions he made. He just kept promising me that the garden would look good in the spring, but I'm highly skeptical.

VERY VERY IMPRESSED WITH MATT AND HIS CREW-responsive, friendly, and polite. Originally hired to install sprinkler system, then added rock stairs and rock patio. Matt responds quickly and professionally to questions, concerns and changes. I enjoyed having the crew around (not often true with workmen ). Workmanship was superb and at very fair price. I will recommend F2F to others.

Everyone from the owners to the guys helping out were very polite, clean, hardworking and they did a fabulous job. They treated me, my property and even my dog really well. I am so thrilled with my beautiful new patio.

I am very pleased with my sprinkler system, and with the customer service. Matt seems so trustworthy, and has proved that he is. In addition, his bid was more than fair. I emailed him early AM with a callback request, and at 9:30 AM he was here and took care of my request before going on to his next job. Can't ask for more than that, and I would highly recommend Form 2 Function

Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Easy to talk to, took the time to explain the work to be done. Cleaned up the area after each days work. His price was almost half that of another service. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors. My new walkway is BEAUTIFUL.

Matt and Tiff, we thank you for the great scape you all did, its perfect for entertaining! We began enjoying this extended living space and look forward to definitely spend more time out there :) Your company name Form to Function, truly holds up to its name. We have received great compliments from our guests. We would definitely recommend you guys, excellent job and very professional! John and Reina (Camano Island)

Matt and Tiffany are wonderful to work with. Matt listened to request and used my 'must list' and my overall idea of what I wanted from my backyard and came up with a wonderful design. He was quick to respond and my backyard is so much more functional, livable, and I LOVE it. People who saw it before and see if now are amazed at it. The gas fireplace is my favorite part. I would recommend Form To Function to anyone looking to transform their backyard into an outdoor living space. Thank you Matt and Tiffany!!

I thought Matt and his team did a great job. For the attention to detail they were right on. If I can say any feedback, Matt just needed to be reminded of what was agreed. But to be honest, he was much better at deciding what my yard needed then I. So I was glad to go with all his choices for my yard. I would definitely recommend Form 2 Function. What Matt thought would take three days was done in two. As for cost, I thought Form 2 Function was reasonable and I would used them again. Thanks, Matt.

competitively price, fast and easy to get ahold of.

Mat was "user-friendly" and polite. He was professional and knowledgeable. Our yard was tricky as it is narrow with a serious slope. Mat created a beautiful and functional space, with a patio, walkway and descending steps. He also placed plants that at hardy and shade loving. His fees are fair and he is a hard worker. We are very pleased with our new yard :)

We had a new construction home that needed a backyard put in, and decided to go with Form to Function, and we made the right decision. The work was done quickly, professionally, and well within our budget. The yard looks great, and we can happily recommend this company for those of you looking for landscaping needs.

Matt and his crew did an excellent job on our retaining wall. They were prompt, courteous and easy to work with. We've shown pictures of the completed project to friends who have expressed amazement at the quality of work done for the price we paid.

Matt and his crew were very professional, I would use them again if the need was there.

All I can say is WOW!!! We had three contractors provide bids, which were very competitive. Matt definitely stood out from the other two, who were very nice. He had great ideas for our project and suggested things we hadn't thought of. Our project was fairly large - sprinkler system in the front and back yard, new front lawn, lighting front & back, new garden and new gate. His communication was wonderful - he kept us informed throughout the project and kept coming back until everything was perfect. He is honestly the best contractor we've ever worked with. We'll refer more business to him - he does the best work.

Matt did an outstanding job. We are already using him again!

Matt and his helper were fantastic. They tilled backyard, added new sod, a new spirea hedge between patio and yard, and new plants in existing flower beds. Looks fantastic. What impressed me the most was Matt, sent the first load of sod back because he wasn't happy with the looks of the sod. That showed me he cares about the quality of workmanship he and his help perform. I would recomend Matt for all your landscaping needs. Thanks again-SteveL.

We could not of found a better landscaper. We had a very large project for Matt. He put in almost 10,000 sq. feet of sod, a sprinkler system, lighting , pavers and 2 water features. He completely landscaped our front and back lawn. The plants and shrubs that were put in were beautiful. Matt arrived to do the job when he told us he would, and completed the job in the time frame he had set. Matt and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable of what we wanted done. We also hired Matt for weekly maintenance of our property. I do not think you can go wrong with Form to Function.

Matt was real professional and finished the job a day early. the quality was fantastic and he was pleasent to talk to and exceeded my expectations. The retaining wall he and his fellow worker built turned out beautiful. Hire this guy you won't have any regrets.

I was very pleased with the job done and less than I expected. Thank you!

Matt was very professional. He came out on time and worked with me to my satisfaction. He provided alternatives that would be less costly to me, but also let me know what he suggested. Very happy with his performance & professionalism.

Matt called right away and made an appointment for the next day. He brought a helper and they accessed our yard; we had them winterize our sprinkler system. Matt looked at a couple areas we wanted fixed and he said he would come in the spring to add more sprinkler heads. We also talked to him about a drainage problem and a new patio; he had some great ideas which were cost saving so we will talk to him soon. He was professional and friendly.

Professional and followed through on his promise to return the next day when the equipment he needed wasn't available.

All work was completed to the highest degree and in a timely manner, Matt was very accessable and professional. 9500 sq feet of lawn installed, tilled, topsoil added, raked, rolled and hydroseeded. Beautiful job!!!
