Formula Air once more to our rescue! Our air went out, temp in house 89 degrees. Formula air promptly came out the very next morning, took care of the issue, and saved the day! A huge shout out to Thiago (repair guy) and Cameron (owner) for making this happen.. this team is amazing, so professional, courteous and puts customers first. Also shout out to Amanda in the office for arranging Thiago to get there first visit. I can't say enough about Formula. The entire team is wonderful..I highly recommemd.. I'd give 10 stars if possible!

Nick very nice young man explained what I needed to do keep my bill down and my house cool. My neighbor and I asked for a service call for both of us that was no problem to have it set up.

He found the issue after 2 other companies tried to get us to buy a new unit (7-10k) or buy a part that may or may not help for $900. He was polite as well as efficient and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the work he performed. I can't think I have had a better service experience!! They installed a good quality unit for a great price. I got multiple quotes and theirs was the best value.

Very good. Adam, one of the owners, contacted me directly and personally came to my home to determine what equipment would be best for my small condo. The employees who installed the HVAC system were courteous and respectful of my property. Adam was on-site and waited for me to get home after work to explain everything and teach me how to use the Ecobee thermostat. The sensor placed in my upstairs bedroom will coordinate with the thermostat to keep my home at the right temperature when I'm home. Overall I'm very pleased with FormulaAir.

Cameron came out and gave us an estimate based on what we needed and didn’t push for any big upsells or service contracts. They met our budget needs, showed up on time and got the installation knocked out in a day and had things up and running. Would recommend.

Excellent company and great customer service. These guys are very nice and do great work! Very reasonable pricing and don't rip you off like other A/C companies I have dealt with before. They responded quickly to all my questions and took care of me. My sister recommend them to me after she had some coil work done and I got a new system installed. They were fast and thorough and cleaned up afterwards. They did such good work I even had them install an Air scrubber at my parents house and signed them up for their maintenance plan. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest A/C company that does excellent work at a great price!

Both Brandon & Adam were very informative, knowledgeable in their recommendations and the justifications for each. I would highly recommend these guys. On the day of installation 3-5 guys including Brandon & Adam were on site and did a fantastic job replacing a 30 yo unit that had gone out. Very satisfied. GREAT JOB
