Very friendly and professional. They did exactly what was needed in a timely manner. He also sent pictures of the roof before, midway through and after the job was completed. They explained to us what needed to be done and upon our agreement went right to work on the roof. We are very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them.

Very professional and excellent communication. Appreciated the prompt response. They checked the entire roof for problem areas and repaired all to our satisfaction. We would certainly recommend Forrest and sons. They responded on our repair job with the same quality of service you would expect for a total replacement.

Day after I paid, I noticed a problem. Tried for 3+ months to have someone come back and fix it. Was told have not forgotten you when I get back I will swing over and have a look ,I will have someone come over next day or so yes, possibly Friday, if not beginning of week and finally your fix is a five minute project...towards end of month around you, I will take care of it Draw you own conclusions. I have also had a leak. No response to my last communication. For all I know uncompleted quick fix may now cost me...

What you called us back to do was never what we was hired to do was something completely different then what we had done you hired us to stop a leak and we did that you wanted flashings repaired on a different roof know where near area that we was called out to fix
