Grout: Replace or Repair
I would not recommend anybody to work with him. He does not answer to calls, he does not stand behind his work and he lies about where he is. He is not respecting our needs as customers.

He came to my house to give me a quote and repaired the tile the same day. He did a great job but was expensive. I had three spots that needed to be repaired after foundation repairs. If he had installed the tile in the dining room diagonally the price would be understandable. However, they were installed side by side so the charge should have been less.

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Repair
Was called out to repair a broken tile with a quarter sized hole, that tile was repaired, but an adjacent tile that was previously not damaged was chipped by the guy and he left it and did not repair it. Other than that service was fast and the guy was nice.

We paid higher than normal. The grout in the master shower is already coming up within months of the repair. The grout was the wrong color. He lied and told me if it dried, it would then match my current grout. I contacted him to repair the work and he said you get what you get. DO NOT HIRE this man

He was kind and made sure I knew exactly what he was going to do and he did that exactly. I do have a problem with the charge for the size of the project. He cleaned up very nicely.

Grout: Replace or Repair
The job was quoted at $800 to remove and replace all of the grout. They charged me $900 the next day and they did not remove the grout they just put new grout on top and it is obvious. They also did not perform the work on the whole floor, they skipped the bathroom. Shiesty business and they will take advantage like someone else here mentioned. This is not an isolated incident with me.
