Did not spend the time and effort to do the job properly. The prep work on the cement was terrible. spent maybe 5 minutes power washing cement. the stain has peeled up in many places after just a few months. When he left I did have some concerns about a certain area and was told to let it sit and dry and if a touch-up was needed he would come back. After two weeks I tried to get a hold of him. He told me he would come back and never showed up. After many calls and e-mails, he would not come back. This work was done in the fall and then winter set in. I have tried getting ahold of him this spring to no avail. I would still like him to come back and do the touch-up he promised but cannot get ahold of him. I am hoping Home Advisors will try to contact him so that I can get these issues resolved.

I was a bit skeptical about the type of finish for my 45 year old patio they recommended. I was more than pleasantly surprised! The customer relations and follow through was excellent but they did not finish the edging like I wanted. I wound up getting someone else to finish the edge. I would still recommend and use them again because the overall job was done.
