Fortitude Contracting

Overall, we had a great experience with Fortitude Contracting and everyone was courteous and talented. We specifically want to comment on our experience with the two men who spent the most time in our home and working on our remodeling project. John, the Carpenter was meticulous and paid great attention to detail - extremely talented at his craft and a pleasure to work with. And, if you are lucky enough to have Pedro on your crew you will not be disappointed. Pedro is very skilled at all he does and his taping and spackle work is PERFECTION! Our new kitchen and bathroom are absolutely beautiful thanks to the whole team at Fortitude.

I had a deck made of Trex built over my existing front porch. Bill & his crew always arrived on time & cleaned up after they were done for the day. They were unable to give me a removable handicapped ramp that I was looking for my mom. As she is getting older & the stairs are getting harder for her to navigate, the stairs that I had put in are 16 1/2" instead of the standard size so to put a removable handicapped ramp would have resulted in it being too long, too heavy & would damage the stairs that they put in so I decided against it & was issued a refund for that part of the project that wasn't completed. They also put up a shingle up on the house near my chimney to cover the exposed wood from the elements for no extra charge. I have plenty of projects to do on this house & when I get more money I will hire them without hesitation. Bill is all about his customers & is fair & honest which is very hard to find.

We hired Fortitude because of friends recommendations and seeing the quality of their work. Bill and Kelly run their business like a well-oiled machine. Everything is on time, and on time. Their crew is trustworthy and courteous. Not to mention highly professional. We had water damage from a couple of roof leaks that got into the walls unnoticed. So we ended up having quite a bit of work done. Almost a full home renovation. Starting with the roof replacement. Then the upstairs bedroom ceilings, walls, and flooring. Then the upstairs bathroom in its entirety. Then came the downstairs. All of the 1st floor floors had to be replaced. Walls removed. Ceilings repaired then the kitchen cabinets counters and sink. Amazing the amount of work that was done in so little time. And everything to perfection! I am certainly glad that I chose Fortitude Contracting to do the job. You will be too!

Bill, the owner, treated my home as if it was his own. He even found a problem that had it gone undetected would have cause considerable damage to my house. All of the workers were friendly and professional. Kelly, in the office, is terrific to deal with - friendly and helpful as well! They left my home neat and clean each day during construction and Bill was available every step of the way. I will definitely be using them again. My completed bathroom is beautiful! I am very happy with Fortitude Contracting!

I hired Fortitude Contracting to do a complete gut to my bathroom. The owner of the company ( Bill Lubrico) went out of his way to address my concerns from the start until completion. His staff are friendly and professional. The quality of work was excellent. They cleaned up very well and completed the job in a very timely manner. I had ordered a vanity online and when it was delivered with a defect bill was able to find me a new vanity at a better price and quality. I plan to hire them again in the future.
