Corey and his team came over and gave us several options on how we could install our steam humidifier. It was nice to see them present multiple solutions and provide insight on why doing it one way could be better than another. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and they were able to get us scheduled and installed in a matter of days once the contract was in hand. Once the work was done they took the time to walk us through the entire setup of the unit and how to maintenance it. Overall we are very satisfied with the entire process and look forward to having Fortitude out to maintenance our other heating and cooling units when the time comes.

Corey and Matt were awesome! I was so impressed with their work. They fixed a broken pump and also installed a brand new whole house humidifier (including running a new electrical outlet, drain pipe, sensors etc. for it). They clearly knew their stuff inside and out. From the outset, their communication was incredible-- returning phone calls, explaining everything in detail, showing up when they said they would, answering any question I had, and even calling after the work was done to check on everything. What really blew me away was that while they were here, they discovered I'm also having a separate plumbing issue/mystery, and spent a good chunk of their own time investigating it and trying to help me figure out what is going on, and gave great advice - it meant so much They are trustworthy guys who go above and beyond and work with integrity. I will definitely be hiring them again and would recommend them to anyone.
