I can’t say enough great things about Fortress Exteriors and the entire team. I live in Florida while my parents live in Philadelphia, so when the severe storm on June 22 destroyed their home, I felt helpless. Two large trees came crashing down onto the house while both of my parents were inside. Thankfully, neither of them were injured, but the damage was extensive. As soon as I learned what had happened, I reached out to four different contractors. Fortress Exteriors was by far the most responsive. I spoke with Jason, the General Manager, and his response was incredible. Within an hour, an emergency crew arrived at my parents’ home to inspect the structure, make sure it was safe, board up the shattered windows, secure the damaged roof, and tarp everything to prevent further damage.
