Darrell did a good job and made sure all the doors and locks worked well. The only complaint is the 2 week delay in getting the work done (It was originally scheduled for 7/11).

There was a problem with scheduling. He was not able to fix any of the problems with locks, but he did program the remote for the garage door.

I was impressed by several things. I got a call back right away from my online inquiry. They called a half hour in advance of arriving just like they said they would do. The work was done well and I was even given some advice on a couple unrelated questions I had. I recommend them and would use them again.

Great job and great price! Minor scheduling issues, but did a stellar job once they got to my place. Took the time to not only properly change my locks, but to also remount my crooked handle. Higher rates on the weekends FYI!

Daryl was very quick to respond to my email inquiry . He answered my questions and gave me an estimate of time and $$. He arrived on time, kept me informed of details with repair and successfully completed the job for a very fair price. We will definitely use Daryl at Fortress Locks if we ever need a locksmith again!
