We had a very small, but annoying and tedious job of re-installing a baby gate that was poorly installed to begin with. Bill was kind enough to drop by the very same day I called, take the gate down, mess around with stripped skrews and he mounted the gate so that it is solid and we don't have to worry about it coming off the wall now. Did I mention that I paid someone else $50 to install it in the first place?! Thanks Bill, I appreciate your help!
