Foster Custom Homes, Inc.

Let me introduce you to a company that puts the client first, Foster Custom Homes. Foster Custom Homes believes that our client's ideas, dreams, and satisfaction are most important when working together. We will certainly provide guidance from our years of experience, but your input is most important when building your new home, addition, deck, or just remodeling the old game room or kitchen. Foster Custom Homes has over 20 years of building and remodeling experience, but more importantly over 30 years of client experience. I want to briefly describe three important areas of concentration for our company: 1. Building Custom Homes Foster Custom Homes utilizes the latest construction techniques to provide quality, appeal, and value. Our home building business focuses on three different construction techniques. First, we use the most common technique in the industry, on-site stick construction. This technique is utilized for our most challenging designs that require extra detail and special high strength lumbers. Panelization is another building style we use to provide extra value for homes with creative design. It allows us to deliver more home quickly with a few less choices. Finally, we feature Modular home construction which provides the most space, great value, and high quality for our client's dollar. One other note worth mentioning, its fast, normally we have you moved into your new home within 60 days from the start of construction. We even mix our techniques to provide our clients with a quality built home they can love forever. Whichever you choose, we guarantee you will be happy not only with the quality, but with the service we provide during the process. 2. Decks Have you ever seen a tropical hardwood deck from the Amazon? Probably not, but we can help. Foster Custom Homes is proud to present the most unique decking products you have ever seen. Products that come with a minimum 10 year warranty with our service plan and others that reach a 20 year warranty. Our featured lumbers are imported from South America and are known to last 50+ years without any type of treatment. We recommend that all of are lumbers have proper UV and water protection to bring out the beautiful look and to enhance longevity. We have a mobile deck showroom that showcases our four main products; Ipe, Mahogany, Cumaru, and Purple Heart. If you like uniqueness and beauty of nature, look no further. We also work with traditional treated lumber as well as Trex manufactured decking. 3. Additions and Remodeling Have been in your home for a while, but can't leave the memories?
