Impressed with the salesman & asked every question possible before selecting them. From the start we wanted our foundation RAISED not STABILIZED & were advised not a problem, this was written all over our contract. Day 1 went smoothly, but Day 2-5 were a nightmare. By day 2 the crew walked off the job - ticked off about something. They got them to return & decided to give Friday off to improve morale. The job should have been done - now we had to live with their mess thru a 3-day holiday & Friday. They didn?t advise they were done lifting - they just packed up to leave. Original concerns were NOT fixed - not 1 thing was corrected! We called the owner & foreman to check the work. We had it prof. measured & knew they didn?t raise as promised. Final response from them was they only agreed to stabilize! Per their contract you can only dispute through litigation AT YOUR EXPENSE! Found later they were recently bought out - the recommendation was for the old owners! VERY DISHONEST COMPANY

Nov 6th-9th 2023. They collapsed a sewer line and had my sewer back up, had another company fix there mistake. $6200. Asked for some reimbursement they said they would work with me but then absolutely nothing. Over cranked house put 2 6 foot long cracks in my main entry way. More doors that stuck after they left also had to be fixed

They showed up when promised, worked very efficiently and the price was excellent. Sales person gave us the best advice.

Having to waterproof a basement is a huge project and very costly. Everyone I dealt with at Foundation King was top notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in correcting a stressful situation. Thank you

This project required some adjustments and work not anticipated in the beginning. They were handled without complaint or extra costs. Crew members were always very courteous and the crew-chief kept me informed of the issues, plans, and progress. Very good experience overall.

When other contractors don't get back to you, (basically every other one in the business it seems) it's really awesome to see customer service and someone who shows effort to get your business and is priced correctly.

On time. it took a half-day to install the carbon fiber crack repair. Michael was informative with his estimate, I could get a hold of him but no one ever answered the office phone.
