Austin Benton was phenomenal, professional and extremely helpful. He walked my husband and I through the whole process and repair of our foundation repairs. Explained clearly every detail and products that would be used and helped us understand what was the situation with our foundation problems and wasn't deterred that our home is really old but it's our home. We had an 800-square-foot walk-in crawl space that always smelled musty whenever it rained. Our finished basement also had high humidity, and we were constantly emptying a portable dehumidifier. We really wanted to use the crawl space for storage, but the dampness and smell made that impossible.After meeting with Shawn Lynge at Foundation Recovery Systems of Springfield Missouri, we finally had a plan that addressed the moisture problems in both the crawl space and the basement. They completely encapsulated the crawl space using high-quality materials and did an outstanding job. They insulated the block walls, installed a drainage mat, put down a heavy-duty 20-mil liner that runs across the floor and up the walls, and sealed everything up to keep moisture from getting in.They also installed a dehumidifier with its own drain line to the outside of the house. One of the things we really like is that it circulates dry, filtered air into our finished basement while pulling air back into the crawl space. It keeps both areas much more comfortable, and the unit is surprisingly quiet.The whole experience was great from start to finish. Shawn was great to work with during the estimate, and Bryce Erwin and William Oliphant kept everything on track during the installation. Both of them took the time to answer our questions, explain what they were doing, and make sure we were comfortable with the process. We never felt pressured, and it was obvious they cared about doing the job right.The finished result exceeded our expectations. Our crawl space is now clean, dry, and doesn't smell musty anymore. We can finally use it for storage without worrying about moisture or odors, and our basement humidity has improved too. We're very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone dealing with crawl space or basement moisture problems.

The inspector was Kevin MacDonald. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything in layman’s terms, he also took the time to make sure we understood everything before he left. Very good experience. He did a great job.

I recently purchased a home & found out I had drainage issues on the exterior. I searched companies & Foundation recovery was one that I called. I had a very good experience with Joey McClurg! He told his time to take measurements & gave me a very thorough presentation. He explained everything to me & answered all my questions. I was very confident in his suggestions & knowledge! Unfortunately, I told him I was going to have to put the project on hold for now. I’m single & on a fixed income & really cannot afford it at this time. I would definately recommend Foundation Recovery & Joey!

We are very pleased with our crawl space encapsulation. We signed contract on a Thursday night and they started & finished the job on the following Tuesday in 4 hours. Our humidity level went from 77% to 52%. It’s looks so good under there. I highly recommend.

I had Christian lift some concrete on my back patio to save my downstairs ac unit from shorting out from puddles forming from the heavy rains. They were able to complete job without moving or Uninstalling the ac unit. Kudos to Jason for putting up with me while he explained the process after other household issues were brewing after a bad storm. Thanks for saving my AC unit. Front edge of unit is not underwater after rain now.

Greg came to inspect the setup that Foundation Recovery Systems installed last year. It was discovered that one of our sump pump was damaged. Thankfully, he was able to repair it and get it running properly.

Cameron Erwin and kalvin Harris worked extremely hard and efficiently. Foreman was always in communication until they were pulling away. Never even took breaks til job was complete.

Arrived a day late, indicating that they "had been out late the night before". Removed the sub-floor on day 1/2 and found that the sub floor was 5/4 instead of the 3/4 that they had planned. Except they didn't bother telling ME that until the last day and advised that they could fix the 1/2 step running down the middle of my living room and kitchen for twice the price. I spent $400 and 5 days on my hands and knees fixing this problem. Damage done to walls that was not repaired, 2 doors need to be re-hung, siding removed from the back of the house (other option was the demolition of most of my kitchn cabinets) that is still not hung back up. Most days for the crew started at around 9:30-10:00 and ended about 3:30 in the afternoon. Did I mention that my wife and I were in a local hotel for then entirety of the repair process. To say that I am very unhappy with my experience with Foundation recovery systems would be an understatement. I will not refer them and never use them again.

Simply, hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a professional crew of any kind. From call back, estimates, scheduling, communication, friendliness, honesty, care for my property, safety precautions, and follow up, Stephen, Kalvin, Jose and Bryce did it right!!! They were professional, thoughtful, and respectful. I truly felt they cared about the job. Foundation Recovery Systems made our house better!!

The worst business I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. I have waited a long time to write a review to ensure I had all of the facts and would be less emotional in my statement. Originally they came out, quoted us a price for our basement and our garage. We signed the contract electronically with the representative. The first mistake they made was never sending us a copy of the contract, or emailing it to us. Next they came out and did our basement, which was an awful experience as well. They were rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. They left our back door open for the entire duration they were here (4-6ish hours) even though we repeatedly told them we had cats, they did not care (even though it was in winter/late fall and was cold as well). They did not finish the work, stating that the representative was wrong and they could not do it. Then they left a huge mess in our basement that they never cleaned up. Lastly they told us that the garage work was “impossible” and they had no clue as to why the representative would say that they could do it. Well they gave us a bill for that day, and processed it through Greensky. They billed us for ALL of the work, including the garage that they never did. Next the manager kept ignoring my husbands phone calls/texts, for 2-3 months. Finally I had enough and called the number several times until I got above him and made a report. Suddenly he could call me back and discuss things over! I was livid that they had been ignoring us, so he finally scheduled a follow up appointment to finish our basement. He also told us not to worry about the bill for now, since it didn’t take effect until after ALL of the work is done. Yet Greensky continued to hound me for 1-2 months. Finally they get out to finish the work (the second crew was very polite, cleaned up after themselves, kept the door shut, they were fantastic!). Well all the work is done, should be fine right? Wrong! Greensky is charging me interest on a plan that Foundation Recovery Systems said was a 5 year interest free plan! So I contact Greensky, they have no idea why the representative would offer that since they don’t even have that plan option. Naturally I look for the contract I signed…. Oh wait! They never gave it to us at all! I have hounded and they never gave us the signed copy! So I have to fight with Foundation Recovery Systems, I put in a formal complaint with Greensky about their business. Finally Foundation Recovery Systems is willing to work with me, however I need to remove my legal complaint or they won’t do anything for me at all. A very underhanded blackmail, if I say so myself. Now lastly, we have contacted them roughly 1 year and about 4-5 months after all the work was done. They told us they would need to come out every year to readjust the beam, they said it was a lifetime warranty and readjustment was free…. I’m sure you see where I’m going with this, another lie. It’s $240 each time, but don’t worry! They’ll waive the fee this one time because of their mistake. Everything they’ve done is a mistake and I waited a very long time to write this review out of fear of retaliation. (Since they’re okay with blackmailing people to remove complaints). I can NOT recommend this garbage dump of a company to anybody, I have told everybody I know to stay clear and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. Beware of these scammers! Lord only knows what else they will do at the readjustment appointment, since this review is sure to upset them very much. However I implore them to try underhanded tactics again, I will not be fooled as easily every again. 0/10

This is based on Quote only. We have not had work completed yet, it is scheduled. He did take a long time with us going over everything so we knew exactly what he is planning on doing. He also explained the difference in materials he plans to use with different parts of the job. The services they offered was above what others was offering even though their prices were a little higher.

We had Josh Eaton, Chris Horton, and Lane McFarland working on our foundation and we had a very great experience. They worked for 3 1/2 days and were very professional. We had no cosmetic damage, we feel our experience was great. They did everything they could. Professional as well!

Everything went great! Kyle Dawson, Daryn Holder, Richard Dlugorenski were all very professional! We would recommend them 100%.

Kevin Macdonald was amazing! He came out to our home and did our inspection in a very timely manner and provided us with a lot of information regarding our house. He made us aware of the issues we had, formed a plan of execution, and made it easy for the process to get started! We are so ready to get our project scheduled to make our home sturdier!

You get what you pay for. They really are the experts at this kind of service.

Ed was very thorough with the inspection. Ed was also very good at explaining the process and answering all questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone with basement water issues.

Great job hired them again to stabilize our floor joists. The team of Matt, Marlen, and Cameron did a great job, listened to our concerns, explained what was done, and cleaned up.

Cory, Chris, and Joseph were very professional in all ways. They worked diligently and efficiently. My foundation sits on a rock, so it seemed especially difficult to accomplish, but they did it all with a smile.

I had FRS come out to my house in St Robert, MO back in August, 2023 to raise my driveway in four areas. At the time, they were only able to fix two of the four areas. They came back out today and fixed the other two areas. Is it perfect? Almost! They raised the areas in front of my garage a good two inches. It leaves a "lip" of about an inch to 1 1/2 inches, but I feel it is good enough, that lip will keep the heavy rains we get on occasion out of my garage and and makes it a lot easier getting the car and motorcycle in and out of the garage. Thanks again FRS, you guys have a hard dirty job, and have to put up with grumpy old dudes like me. I am pleased and would definitely recommend you and have you come back, if I have any foundation problems!!!
